Yes, but also you must consider the time in which it takes to create said army.

Its nice to have a big army, but its better to be able to create a big army quickly.

So, I'm upgrading my stable and barracks to LVL 20 and I want to get all the resources in my captial up to LVL 14.

yea emir is right population doesnt matter as much as armies when the NATAR come...you may have more population but i will fare better when they do come

I think u are building too many damn horses
most of all I like imperians and they are really good on brasilian speed last night I lost about 10 000 imperians and pretorians but i killed a lot of paladins and teutonic knights
but I was defending my village
improve them in armoury on lvl 15
they will be great attacker and send your hero on his village
and if u aren't sure in that u will defeat him than send raid because he could have troops improved in defense than u will be
I have 1000 axeman contact me if u want to send them after your attack or raid maybe
