| I think that before either of us invite him in, we should hold a vote - Simply because at this point in the alliance, we have five slots left - I think that if we want to still grow, we should leave those slots open to only people who will bring our alliance average up, not down. Otherwise we're almost shooting ourselves in the foot | |

| On the other hand, he is growing and he is close to me, which would make him pretty much the only alliance member near me. ALso, you could set population quotas for him. | |
