I talked with MarkMark, the leader of FIA- D and basically while a) I don't have the power to form alliances or NAP's and b) we are spread everywhere and not a threat to them if we don't attack his alliance members he will tell them to not attack us. All very informal- apperentley it came about because key and death started attacking them.

I would say that the attacks are now over. We have a confedercacy with FIA [D]* who has a confederacy with FIA-[D]
