Red and Yellow

We have two red dots and five yellow dots. To the best of my knowledge no one told us they would be away. One of our council members is a red. This is unacceptable. You need to be active. I think that perhaps some system of fines should be enacted to combat this blight.

Also we need to start recruiting again. Any sugestions?

i can understand a few people being yellow dots b/c things can come up that take you away fromt he game, but i do not think the red dots are acceptable.
